<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of cooling with saved energy. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic device (10) has a component (300) providing pressure or oscillation. The electronic device is provided with a heat absorption member (340), heat radiation members (220, 221), an elastomer bag (412) receiving the pressure or the oscillation of the component, a first check valve (442) connected with one port of the elastomer bag, a second check valve (462) connected with the other port of the elastomer bag, and a coolant flowing through the heat absorption member, the first check valve, the elastomer bag, the second check valve and the heat radiation members. The elastomer bag is disposed closely to the component.
