PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization and weight reduction while maintaining high torque characteristics, and to cut cost. SOLUTION: Many pieces of projections 30, 31 that constitute third claw poles 27 and forth claw poles 28 are formed along both side edges in the width direction of a rectangular conductive metal plate 29. Then, bending process makes this plate cylindrical to form a third yoke member 13. This yoke member 13 is held by a ring-shaped holding member 14 by the outside circumference, and constitutes a yoke unit 10 in combination with a first yoke member 11 and a second yoke member 12.
