PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film unit with lens, which makes it difficult for a third person other than a regular maker to repack a film and prevents breaking of a photographic film from perforations. SOLUTION: Perforations 37 are arranged at regular pitches in both side edges of a photographic film 31 incorporated into the film unit with lens in such a way that 8 perforations are included in one frame, the shape of the perforation 37 is made circular and the diameter is adjusted to 3.0 mm. The shape of the teeth of a sprocket 43 which engages with the perforation 37 is made similar to the shape of the perforation 37, whereby it is made difficult for a third person to repack a film and breaking of the photographic film 31 from the perforations is prevented.
