PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way torque transmission joint having simplified construction and reduced cost by providing one elastic body for functioning both one-way torque transmission of a driving side joint and position interference prevention during joint. SOLUTION: The one-way torque transmission joint comprises a driving side torque transmission member, the elastic body and a shaft.
