摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comprehensive seismic building by the combination of the conventional wooden framework method and the seismic core of a reinforced concrete wall construction. SOLUTION: The seismic cores 1, 4, 6 of the reinforced concrete wall construction are arranged in the vicinity of the gravity center of the first floor and unified RC footing beams 2, 3, and a dirt floor slab 4 and constructed. A foundation packing 9 is used, a wooden framework part is built up without bringing a partial loss of area. The 2nd floor beam 7 is tightened by the core 6 and an anchor bolt 8 to built up wooden floor slabs 7, 11, 12 and assemble the frame structure of the first floor. The 2nd floor column 13 to be mounted on the core is unified with the cores 1, 2, 4, 6 by a puller hardware 14 and the frame of the second floor frame work and roof truss are assembled.
