PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull tab having a latch for a sliding door with a latch mechanism preventing opening. SOLUTION: A pull tab frame 11 having a frame 12 whose upper, lower and inside ends touch an attaching hole 8 formed sideward of the sliding door 4 and outside end exposes in the sliding door side end, front edge members 16, 16a covering the vicinity of each inside and outside end of the front end of the frame 12, the rear face member 15 crossing the frame rear end 23, and an engaging means 20 with a fitting hole 8 of the frame 12, is formed. A through window 17 is formed at the center of the member 16 of the pull tab frame 11. The inside end of a latch piece 30 a little smaller than the inner periphery of the frame 12, put out at the center near the outside end and slanting inward at its tip is fitted near the inside end of the pull tab frame 11 to rotate back and forth. An urging means 35 is put between the latch 30 and rear face member 15, to urge the latch 30 outside end to touch the member 16. The tip of the latch claw 31 is protruded formed from the window 17.
