PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate positioning and mounting of two long braces in a mutually crossing state on adjacent columns, at the time of cross-mounting the braces on the columns in the construction field. SOLUTION: The two braces 2 are stretched across each other between both ends of upper and lower horizontal frames 1, to form a brace unit 3. Then protrusions 5 are protruded from mutually opposed surfaces of the adjacent columns 4, respectively, and both the ends of at least one of the upper and lower horizontal frames 1 of the brace unit 3 are mounted on the protrusions 5, respectively, and both the ends of the upper and lower horizontal frames 1 are fixed to the adjacent columns 4 by means of fastening fixtures 6, respectively.
