PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve processing, in a large quantity at one time without resorting to experience of years and intuition of a japanner, the so-called Ikkake japanese lacquer that certainly hardens in a short period of time. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a base 1 which defines a treatment chamber 2 which carries out the processing of a japanese lacquer liquid, a container 6 which is installed inside the treatment chamber 2 and has a bottom face 7 which admits the japanese lacquer liquid, a stirring roller 10 which rolls on the bottom face 7 of the container 6 and kneads and stirs the poured lacquer, a motor which rotates and drives the stirring roller 10, and a controlling portion 30 which has a motor controlling means by which the motor is subjected to intermittent control during a predetermined time with the alternate drive and halt according to the set driving time and halting time.
