PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily decide that the rough shape materials of a plurality of kinds of metal plates which are different in product width are collected into one rough shape material. SOLUTION: Allowable width is calculated by adding end-part cutting width in each processing stage successively by going upstream from the most downstream processing stage to the most upstream processing stage about two respective products 100A, 100B having different widths of the product. On the basis of these results of calculation, the rough shape materials having a width in the duplicated region X on the inlet side of a pickling stage 1 are used as a rough shape material 100 to be threaded through the pickling stage 1, that is, the rough shape material 100 for separately manufacturing a first product 100A and a second product 100B and the rough shape material 100 is divided in the longitudinal direction in the pickling stage 1 or an intermediate finishing stage 2 corresponding to the duplicated region.
