WINDING STRUCTURE OF COIL AND TRANSFORMER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the winding structure of a coil which is improved in assembly, and to provide a transformer using the same.

SOLUTION: A winding block 1 is formed into the shape of a plate by covering a plurality of flexible conductors 10 arranged in parallel with one another with an insulating elastic material 20 so as to expose both their ends, a fitting hole 11 is bored in each of the conductor ends exposed out of the one end of the elastic material 20, and a fitting pawl 12 fitted into the fitting hole 11 is provided to each of the conductor end exposed out of the other end of the elastic material 20. Both ends of the winding block 1 are connected together into a cylinder. The fitting holes 11 bored in the ends of the conductors 10 exposed out of the one end of the elastic material 20 and the fitting pawls 12 provided to the ends of the adjacent other conductors 10 exposed out of the other end of the elastic material 20 are connected together whereby to form a spirally connected coil of the conductors 10.
