<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency power supply device that can keep phases θ of an output voltage and a current at θ≥ 0 even if the variation of a load is large in some degree and reduced in size and switching loss. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply device uses a high-frequency inverter for induction heating and a laser, which is configured such that a current is made to flow to a load by on/off-controlling a DC voltage by a switching element. The power supply device comprises an intermediate potential generation circuit that divides the DC voltage, and inductors of which the number is same as the number of output terminals of the power supply device. The inductors are connected between intermediate potential parts of the output terminals and the intermediate potential generation circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
