PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management system for easily obtaining a highly reliable component chart in a short period of time according to an effective processing procedure.

SOLUTION: At the time of utilizing a drawing as it is data prepared by CAD and arranging the production of a specified mechanical device, a machine kind block number group constituting the mechanical device is selected, a drawing (data) group is piled up on it, a set of the mechanical device is specified by the machine kind block number group and the drawing group for which conditions match, and the component chart is automatically developed by tracing the data.
