<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically switch off lighting switched on according to an arbitrary operation by a user. <P>SOLUTION: After lighting using an LED is switched on, an operation to switch it off is required. A camera function is started by an arbitrary operation by a user (S1). Then, the operation to switch on the lighting is carried out by a user(S2), a lighting part 7 is switched on (S3). Then, when a photographic button is depressed by the user, photographing is carried out by the camera part (S4), and the photographic data are transmitted to a control part 2. Upon receiving the photographic data (S5: YES), the control part 2 recognizes that the photographing is completed, and switches off the lighting part 7 (S6).
