PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of improving high speed durability without sacrificing kinetic performance. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire 10 whose rectangular rate is within 0.60 to 0.80, the concentration of the load of the center rib 26, and the second block 30 can be eased, the heat generation property of this part is dispersed and becomes advantageous to high-speed durability comparing to the conventional tire, by satisfying that the tread gauge G<SB>2nd</SB>of the second block > tread gauge G<SB>CL</SB>of the center rib 26, and tread gauge G<SB>sho</SB>of the shoulder rib 34/tread gauge G<SB>2nd</SB>of the second block 30 =0.8 to 0.95.
