PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a connection failure in a wiring board with a low resistance. SOLUTION: On an active matrix substrate 11, a first peripheral electric wiring 21 and a second peripheral electric wiring 22 are patterned. At a part (a region surrounded by an alternate long and short dash line) on this patterned electric wiring, a TCP is provided as an electronic component. The first peripheral electric wiring 21 and the second peripheral electric wiring 22 are formed by including a metal thin film 31 and a transferred metal film 34. Furthermore, the first peripheral electric wiring 21 and the second peripheral electric wiring 22 has either one of a single-layer structure of the metal thin film 31 or the transferred metal film 34, or a laminated structure of the metal thin film 31 and the transferred metal film 34 in the region where the TCP is provided.
