PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seamless belt which makes high-quality transferred images obtainable because of its high modulus of elasticity and small bending hardness even when the belt is used for an intermediate transfer member of an image forming apparatus of a tandem intermediate transfer type and a method for manufacturing the same, and the image forming apparatus provided with such seamless belt. SOLUTION: The seamless belt is characterized by≥5,000 MPa in tensile modulus of elasticity in a circumferential direction measured pursuant to JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) K 7127 and≤1.5 g/mm in bending hardness per 10 mm in width when one end thereof is fixed and a vertical load is applied to a position of 10 mm on the other end side.
