PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a grease composition and a rolling device, which composition is improved in durability and torque characteristics at the time of application under a low temperature condition. SOLUTION: The grease composition, which is comprised of a high purified base oil having a kinematic viscosity of 20-100 mm<SP>2</SP>/s at 40°C, having less than 1 wt.% in the aromatic component by the ring analysis, and containing 90 wt.% or more of the paraffinic component by the ring analysis, is automatically supplied by an automatic greasing mechanism into the ball rolling passage of a ball screw 100 which is formed between a screw axis 1 and a nut 2 and in which balls 3 are provided and into the ball circulation passage.
