PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expanded heat-insulating sheet which keeps an increase in the apparent height of an expanded cell under the effect of realizing the mutual sticking of the adjacent expanded cells as a whole in the state that some of the expanded cells in a group are afloat/apart from a base paper, and an expanded heat-insulating container and their manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This expanded heat-insulating sheet is manufactured by forming an expanded face comprising a group of the expanded cells by heating a sheet consisting of a synthetic resin film laminated on the base paper and thereby, expanding the synthetic resin film using moisture contained in the base paper, then vacuum-sucking at least a part of the expanded face and making some of the expanded cells in the group afloat from the base paper. Thus, the apparent height of the expanded cell is uniform under the effect of realizing the mutual sticking of the adjacent expanded cells as a whole. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
