PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost by decreasing the number of components. SOLUTION: A blade receiving member 30 is integrally formed with a terminal part 40 which is paired with a blade receiving part 31 by bending a metal plate which is springy and is electrically conductive. Related to the terminal part 40, a contact part 42 corresponding to a conventional terminal plate 202a and a locking part 44 and a pressurizing part 43 corresponding to a conventional locking spring 203 are integrally formed with a terminal plate 41 made from a springy metal plate. Since the blade receiving member 30 is integral with the terminal part 40 and the grade receiving part 31, no conventional locking spring is required, resulting in less number of components for cost reduction.
