PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single layered electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent electrostatic chargeability and sensitivity, more particularly excellent mechanical strength and high stability of electrostatic characteristics even if a copying process is repeated, and a process cartridge using this photoreceptor, and an electrophotographic device. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor provided with a single layered photosensitive layer directly or through an intermediate layer on a conductive substrate, in which the photosensitive layer comprises at least a charge generating material, a polymeric charge transport material, an acceptor type compound and acryl denatured polyorganosilixane.
