PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve preservation stability, especially a low temperature stability of a hair cosmetic containing polyphenols. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic is obtained by adding a specific betaine type surfactant to the hair cosmetic containing the polyphenols. The hair cosmetic is excellent in preservation stability, and can especially effectively prevent the sedimentation of the polyphenols under the low temperature preservation, and does not cause a blockage of a container in the case of filling it in a spraying container or foaming container.
