PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a very safe and stable skin cosmetic for a thin figure, sufficiently exhibiting the effects of an efficacy component by a formulated small amount, having excellent thin figure effects, and suitable for cosmetics and a quasi drug. SOLUTION: This skin cosmetic for the thin figure contains the following components (A) and (B): component (A): one or more kinds selected from an extract of a plant belonging to the genus Agave and an extract of a plant belonging to the genus Garcinia; and component (B): one or more kinds selected from a lipolytic accelerator, an astringent, a circulation accelerator, a humectant, a chilling agent and a scrub agent.
