PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the usual problem that the replacement of a refill causes the possibility of its slipping off or being lost and the need to pay attention to the replacement on the occasion of removing a front holder for this purpose, since the refill is fixed to neither the front holder nor a rear holder. SOLUTION: The rotary feed type writing implement is so constituted that the refill can be replaced. In the implement, a rotary feed unit wherein a rotor, a slider, a refill support for making the refill engaged and a resilient member for urging the refill support backward are disposed inside a cam tube is fixed to a holder tube composed of the front and rear holders, while the refill is engaged detachably with the refill support.
