The invention concerns a femaler snap-on connection (1) designed to co-operate with a male catching end piece with central barrel and flange ring comprising a body (2) made of rigid plastic material and including a tubular portion (4) with raised parts for connection to a pipe and a portion (5) forming a stepped cylindrical cavity (7, 8) designated to receive at least the barrel end, and at the front of the body a lock (3) made of rigid plastic material designated to be urged to lock the flange ring (22) once the latter is set in place, the lock (3) and the body (2) are secured together by at least a flexible part (13) so as to form a single piece, at least an annular joint (10) ensuring tightness; the lock (3) is a component tilting on a hinge pin formed by the flexible part(s) (13).
