<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve material yield of extracting a plate brush seal dividing veneer from a sheet metal, and to improve machining size of a brush part even when the plate brush seal dividing veneer is thin. <P>SOLUTION: The plate brush seal dividing veneers 4 having the brush part 4A formed between slits 4B and an integral base 4C at one end of the brush part 4A, and a pressing board 7 integrated to a free end 5 of the brush part 4A are cut from the sheet metal P by fine machining. The plate brush seal dividing veneer 4 is grappled between a pair of cutting fixtures 30, and the pressing board 7 is cut from the brush part 4A by a cutting fixture 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
