PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize secure delivery of contents and the prevention of illicit distribution of the contents without requiring a complicated signal processing such as an electronic watermark.

SOLUTION: A content delivery device comprises a conversion part 9, a composite key generation part 8 and an adder 10. The conversion part 9 converts the content C by use of a content identification number Nc preliminarily given to the content C to generate a conversion content C/Nc. The composite key generation part 8 generates a composite key K from the content identification number Nc, an accumulator identification number Ns preliminarily given to an accumulator and a terminal keyαcorresponding to a terminal device. The adder 10 adds the composite key K generated by the composite key generation part 8 to the conversion content C/Nc generated by the conversion part 9 to generate an addition and conversion content C'.
