PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for molding, which prevents the occurrence of nonuniform wrinkles and cracks, delamination, etc., and a container and a package using the laminate. SOLUTION: In this laminate 1, an outer covering film 3 is laminated on one side of aluminum foil 2 via an adhesive layer 5a, and a thermal adhesion layer 4 is laminated on the other side thereof via an adhesive layer 5b. When the laminate 1 is molded for the formation of many pocket parts, the container can be obtained; and when openings of the pocket parts are sealed with lid materials after contents are housed in the pocket parts, the package can be obtained.
