PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise output and enable smooth rotations even with a small current, and besides to achieve downsizing. SOLUTION: This device has a rotor 1, a first coil 3, a first outer magnetic pole 2a which is opposed to the periphery in a specified angle range of the magnet of the above rotor, a first inner magnetic pole 2e, a second outer magnetic pole 2b which is opposed to the periphery of the above magnet with its phase slid by (2×m+1)×180/NA degree from the above first outer magnetic pole when defined that (m) is an integer, a second inner magnetic pole 2e, a first outer yoke 2c which is opposed to the periphery of the above magnet, with its phase slid by (4×n+1)×90/NA degree from the above first outer magnetic pole when defined that (n) is an integer, and a second outer yoke 2d which is opposed to the periphery of the above magnet part with its phase slid by (4×p+3)×90/NA degree from the above first outer magnetic pole when defined that (p) is an integer.
