PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quadrature synchronous detector capable of properly reducing influence caused by an interference wave, a rake receiver using the quadrature synchronous detector, an interference wave canceller, and an impedance measuring device. SOLUTION: The quadrature synchronous detector 100 performs quadrature synchronous detection to produce a reference signal of a common phase stem component and a quadrature stem component of a desired wave from an input signal including the desired wave and at least one interference wave. The detectro 100 comprises calculating means 104 for calculating the phase rotation volume caused by the interference wave in the reference signal of the common phase stem component and the quadrature stem component, each produced by the quadrature synchronous detection based on information on the level of the interference wave and the delay time of the interference wave; and a plurality of controlling means 101, 102, 106 for each controlling the reference signal of the common phase stem component and the quadrature stem component, each produced by the quadrature synchronous detection to become the reference signal of the common phase stem component and the quadrature stem component each produced by the quadrature synchronous detection when the interference wave is not included.
