PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locational information management system which can serve as a low cost and convenient countermeasure against a lost child in a limited geographic region such as an outdoor leisure facility, e.g. a theme park and in which the locational information of a terminal being managed can be managed at a managing terminal. SOLUTION: The locational information management system comprises a management terminal 1 provided with means 11 and 13 for receiving the positioning data of its own unit and other units, respectively, a data processing means 14 and a locational information display means 15, and a terminal 2A being managed provided with a means 21A for receiving the positioning data of its own unit and a means 22A for transmitting that data to the management terminal 1. GPS satellites may be utilized as a positioning data transmitting system.
