PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay apparatus capable of efficiently using a plurality of communication means and effectively utilizing the communication information processed by the communication means. SOLUTION: An external connection interface section 11 is individually connected to a plurality of the communication means such as mobile terminals 1 and 2, a fixed phone terminal 3 used by a user or a telephone line 4. A common terminal section 20 provided in common to the communication means individually controls each communication means via the external connection interface section 11 in response to the operation of the user to make communication with a desired communication opposite party by using the communication means.
