APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FORMING PRINTING CHECKING DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for forming printing checking data which can efficiently process the checking data. SOLUTION: Formation of the checking data includes shape/position data showing a shape and a position of a solder printing part formed by printing a cream solder on a printing surface, in a print checking apparatus for checking a printed state of the cream solder of a substrate after screen printing is performed. Element shape/position data showing the shape and the position of an element solder printed part formed on electrodes for connecting an electronic component on a circuit forming surface of the substrate are obtained by mask opening data. These element shape/position data are sorted to data group bundled according to grouping conditions such as an electronic component unit, a component type unit or the like. Each data group is specified at an object to perform checking or imparted by a checking threshold value. Thus, the data processing of the checking data can be efficiently conducted.
