PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing for an electron gun component decreasing thermal deformation even under high temperature approaching the electron gun component to a cathode, and as a result, to provide an electron gun capable of accurately controlling electrons. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises an injection molding process forming a molding of the electron gun for controlling electrons where a portion having a thickness of 150μm or less is present by injection molding of resin to which metal powder of 0.1-20μm or less comprising Ti, W, Fe, Ni, or the like is kneaded ; a resin removing process pyrolitically decomposing the resin of the molding by heating; and a baking process sintering the molding comprising only the resin removed metal powder at 700-1500°C.
