PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker in which output is controlled by an inverter circuit that is capable of stabilizing the output of the heating means to the utmost when using, and is capable of making the output value of the heating means close to a rated value. SOLUTION: The heating cooker detects room the temperature (the temperature in the cooker), and displays the targeted power set depending on the room temperature on a display part (step A1-A10). The operator adjusts the input of the inverter circuit depending on the value displayed on a display part. After adjustment, the input value after adjustment is memorized in an EEPROM as a standard setting value. By the above, the standard setting value is modified with the environmental temperature at adjustment, therefore, the output of the heating means can be stabilized to the utmost when using even if the temperature at the input control is changes.
