PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a service provider to accept and respond to a user's request at a convenient time during work without interrupting the work. SOLUTION: An in-house communication response system 1 connects user side terminal devices PC1, service providing side terminal devices PC2 and a host server 10 on a LAN 30. The host server 10 stores a typical request list of users' typical requests and a corresponding typical answer list. In response to a sending request from a user side terminal device PC1, the typical request list is sent, and a selection of a request from the list is stored in the host server 10. In response to a sending request from a service providing side terminal device PC2, the typical answer list together with the user-selected request is sent, and a selection of an answer from the list is sent to the user side terminal device PC1.
