PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display seal with a recursive luminous paint where ruggedness detection parts are formed in a simple display part by copying the same shapes as a character, a figure, and a symbol, so that the the character, figure, and symbol can be recognized with the touch by finger even in the dark and night by using the recursive luminous paint as necessary. SOLUTION: The UD display seal is made so as to be recognized by touching the ruggedness detection part A such as the discontinuous or continuous projecting parts 7 and the recessed parts by tracing the display part 6 such as figures, characters, graphics, and symbols desired for a UD (universal design) display seal and the shape of this display part 6, and the display sheet body 2 with the ruggedness detection part A made to have the recursive luminous paint as necessary is coated with an adhesive 3 and is fixedly adhered onto a desired substrate 1 to peel, so as to be utilizable by peeling it off.
