PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-term preservable kit for measuring human chromogranins A. SOLUTION: The measuring kit 1 includes: (a) a measuring plate 2 having a plurality of wells fixed with an anti-IgG antibody; (b) a standard antibody 3 obtained by freezing and drying a peptide having an amino acid sequence corresponding to 344 to 374 residues of the human chromogranins A; and (c) a biotin standard antibody 4 obtained by freezing and drying a peptide having an amino acid sequence wherein a biotinyl and two glycine residues are bonded to an N terminus of an amino acid sequence corresponding to the 344 to 374 residues of the human chromogranis A. The measuring kit 1 further includes: (d) a unique antibody 5 obtained by freezing and drying an IgG antibody fraction obtained from a serium obtained by immunizing a peptide having an amino acid sequence corresponding to the 344 to 374 residues of the human chromogranis A: (e) streptavidin-horseradish peroxidase solution 6 diluted with peroxidase conjugate stabilizing reserved liquid; (f) a coloring agent 7; (g) a reaction stop solution 8; and (h) a buffer solution 9.
