PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical construction method for a waterproof sheet with an injection pipe for securely filling a cavity part without leaving any cavity part by the injection pipe arranged in a waterproof sheet, having no possibility of damaging the waterproof sheet, and superior in an aesthetic appearance. SOLUTION: This injection pipe 5 injects a filler for filling the cavity part generated between a back face of a concrete underground structure and an inside surface of the waterproof sheet 2, and is prearranged on the inside surface of the waterproof sheet 2 arranged on the back face of the concrete underground structure such as a tunnel, and the filler is densely filled via the injection pipe 5 in the cavity part generated by placing concrete of the underground structure.
