PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air-conditioner having two air-conditioning units for rapidly realizing the heating effect by rapidly raising the temperature and increasing the pressure of the refrigerant at a low temperature. SOLUTION: This vehicle air-conditioner 10 has first and second solenoid control valves 18 and 20 provided on a discharge port pipe of a compressor 16, a first condenser 22 on the downstream side of the first solenoid control valve 18, and a second condenser 52 on the downstream side of the second solenoid control valve 20, first and second expansion valves 32 and 34 to expand the refrigerant condensed by the first condenser 22, first and second evaporators 36 and 38 to evaporate the expanded refrigerant, and a directional selector valve which is provided between the second solenoid control valve 20 and the second condenser 52 to switch the direction for delivering the refrigerant fed from the second solenoid control valve 20 either to an inlet side pipe of the second condenser 52 or a pipe on the downstream side of an outlet side. At the beginning of the heating operation at a low temperature, the directional selector valve 50 is switched to a second direction pipe 54 side to allow the refrigerant to bypass the second condenser 52.
