PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly provide a rubber ring fitting structure in a culvert for stably sealing water over the whole periphery by preventing partial elongation in fitting. SOLUTION: This rubber ring fitting structure in the culvert is characterized in that a recessed groove is peripherally arranged on an intermediate outside surface of the male type opening end of the concrete culvert, a rubber ring for forming the inner diameter size in the same diameter as a bottom surface diameter of the recessed groove is fitted in the recessed groove, an outer half of the rubber ring is projected from the recessed groove, or a rubber surface by an insert is peripherally arranged on the intermediate outside surface of the male type opening end of the concrete culvert and the rubber ring formed with an inner diameter same as the outer peripheral diameter of the rubber surface is fitted with the rubber surface as an adhesive surface.
