The palletizing/de-palletizing device for especially sheet metal packets has a mount (4-7) and a holder (3) for the sheet metal packets. The mount has a load bearing frame (6) and a lifting frame (5) movable in relation to it. The sheet metal packet received from the load bearing frame is rotated with the holder moved top side of it by about 180 degrees into a ready to use position. The load holding frame has at least one longitudinal stop (17), and the lifting frame has guiding and holding device (15) of the holder.
