A method for preparing a solution containing needle crystals dissolved therein which comprises charging Ryukyu limestone, an electrolytic solution and an antioxidant into a decomposition tank and extracting needle crystals from the Ryukyu limestone in the decomposition tank; a solution containing needle crystals dissolved therein prepared by the method; and a cosmetic pack material using the solution. The needle crystal generates negative ions when friction is applied thereto.
