The upper tool part (1) is mounted on a support (3) which is mounted rotatable about a horizontal axis and vertically adjustable on the pressing frame whilst the lower tool part (2) is mounted on a carriage (4) which is movable horizontally on the press frame to which it is locked when in the fully inserted position. The carriage moves sideways with keyed engagement into the frame where it locks. The press frame comprises at least two side guide columns (6,7) mounted on a flat foundation base (8).
