<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately assemble a rotating body and improve maintenance efficiency by reducing eccentricity and tilt in a short time period when assembling the rotating body. <P>SOLUTION: An intermediate layer 23 comprising reaction curable non-cured resin is formed on a tip part of the rotating shaft 18 of a photoreceptor drum 8 in a fixed range. An installation hole 24 of a gear 19 is fitted to a part of the intermediate layer 23, and an installation position of the gear 19 is adjusted so that eccentricity or tilt with respect to the rotating shaft 18 is reduced by an adjustment means 25 while rotating the rotating shaft 18 in a fixed speed. After adjusting the installation position of the gear 19, curing energy is applied to the intermediate layer 23 from an intermediate layer curing means 26 and the intermediate layer 23 is cured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
