<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selector circuit that can remarkably reduce circuit scale for reading out a plurality of words of data from a plurality of data. <P>SOLUTION: The selector circuit comprises a pointer counter 5 for outputting pointer data on data to be read, a data selection circuit 3 for generating a pointer value showing a leading position and word count of data to be read, according to the pointer data from the pointer counter, a front selector group 1 having selectors amounting to a word count to output selected data into which a plurality of input data are separated in the selectors according to the pointer value from the data selection circuit, a sequence selection circuit 4 for selecting a sequence in which the selected data are read, according to the pointer data from the pointer counter, and a back selector 2 for rearranging and outputting the selected data output from the front selector group, according to the output from the sequence selection circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
