PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect and analyze a base sequence with high precision.

SOLUTION: A base sequencing analysis system comprises: a plurality of detection poles 201 formed on a substrate 11 and immobilizing a complementary DNA probe to a target base sequence which is a detection object; a plurality of standard reference poles 204 formed on the substrate 11 and not immobilizing a probe having a complementary base sequence to the target base sequence; a potential stud 702 for measuring an electrochemical signal of the plurality of the detection poles 201 or the standard reference poles 204; a current and voltage conversion circuit 703; an A/D converter 704; a peak extraction circuit 705; a differentiator 710 formed on the substrate 11 and subtracting the peak extraction value of the standard reference pole 204 from the peak extraction value of the peak extraction circuit 705; and a decode/control circuit 701 for simultaneously controlling measurement by the potential stud 702 to the detection pole 201 and the standard reference pole 204 and controlling substraction of the differentiator 710 on the basis of a signal from the outside of the substrate 11.
