<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the length of two core wires of each pair when each pair is untwisted, crosstalk attenuation characteristics are easily deteriorated, untwisted length of the pair every plug housing products becomes unequal, reflection attenuation characteristics are easily deteriorated, and connection workability is not so high. <P>SOLUTION: First, a modular plug is formed by fitting a cable in which an insulating core wire is mounted on a wire guide having an inner wall surface tapered at 45°or less to a plug housing, a pair twisted part is hit against the tapered inner wall surface, and the length of the two wires of each pair is always made the same. Second, the modular plug is formed by fitting a cable terminal in which the insulating wire is mounted on a separator housing, three separating holes are formed in the separator housing in a line, one separating groove is arranged in the central upper part of the separating holes, a space for arranging untwisted pair core wires is installed in the front of the separating holes and groove in the central upper part of the separating holes, and the separator housing is locked in a wire guide in a unit to form the modular plug for a high speed LAN. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
