PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent extrusion of a bond and to improve workability in inserting into an annular yoke. SOLUTION: A small diameter protruding part 10b whose diameter is smaller than the outside diameter of a body 10a is integrally molded with one end in axial direction of the body 10a of a bond magnet 10. When the bond magnet 10 is inserted in an annular yoke 12 with the other end where no small-diameter protruding part 10b is formed abutting a flange 12a, a small gap S is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the magnet and the inner peripheral surface of the yoke. The bond magnet 10 is bonded and fixed to the inner peripheral part of the annular yoke 12 with a bond 14 which is applied to one or both the outer peripheral surface of the magnet and the inner peripheral surface of the yoke to fill the gap S. When the bond magnet 10 is inserted in the annular yoke 12, a reservoir 16 which holds an excessive bond 14 protruding from the gap S is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the small-diameter protruding part 10b and the inner peripheral surface of the annular yoke 12.
