PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID photographic management system for allowing both an applicant and a person who accepts application to save labors to deal with photographs for identification confirmation. SOLUTION: When an applicant applies for an examination, a bureau terminal 40 sets the ID number of the applicant, and registers it with the ID information in a data base 15a. An acceptance slip carrying the ID number and the machine address of a host machine 10a is transmitted to the applicant. The applicant inserts the acceptance slip into an ID number reading part 25. The ID number reading part 25 reads the ID number and host address. A gate control mechanism 26 performs access to a host machine 10a based on the host address, and collates the ID number. The host machine 10a adds the ID information to the ID number, and transmits it to the gate control mechanism 26. A photographing part 23 photographs the face photograph of the applicant, and outputs a face picture added with the ID number or the ID information.
