PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely treat a person to be take care of according to his or her condition, to enable speedy care activities, and to enable 24-hour care activities using a taxi in service. SOLUTION: A system is equipped with various sensor means Sw1 to Sw4 which detect the life habit of the person to be taken care of who is at home, a safety confirming means of deciding whether the person to be taken care of needs to be taken care of from detection signals of the sensor means Sw1 to Sw4, and an automatic sending means 1b of actuating communication equipment 1a when the safety confirming means determines the person needs to be taken care of. A taxi operation managing center 3, on the other hand, is equipped with a receiving means of receiving a request for care sent as the automatic sending means 1b actuates the communication equipment and extracting characteristic information on the person to be taken care of and a retrieving means of retrieving a taxi in operation according to the characteristic information and extracting the most suitable tax to be dispatched to the house 1 of the person to be taken care of, and the taxi selected by the retrieving means is dispatched to take care of the object person.
